Is it true that there will be a University?

Yes, of course, a city can not afford not having superior education.  There will be a national college, and at least also one prestigious international University, which will be a great opportunity for the young people that live in City of Light 1.

Is this a project just for low income people?

This effort is to build a city for all social and economic classes, because every person who lives in present cities, lives badly, exposed to crime, pollution, smoke, noise, traffict, etc.

City of Light 1,  comes to solve the problem of large cities by totally changing the environment to every person that lives within its limits. In conclusión this is a Ctiy oriented to people of low income, as well as for people of high income.  This can be achieved in a well planned city, so that within its  confinement coexist the different social clases.

Is this a housing project?

NO, this is a complete city that includes housing project, employment, education, investment, ecology, etc. Is a whole city with its different economic, social, urbanistic and educational issues, not only a housing project.

Does the city have a fresh produce market?

Of course, it is a garden market, within it you can enjoy the freshness and the smell of gardens, while you shop around  comfortably with shopping carts similar to a supermarket, enjoying at the same time the prices of fresh produce markets, with total security.
