City of Light Association is an apolitical, non-profit, with essentially civilian nature, private,  non-governmental, non-religious, and common purposes and social service assistance.  Its main purpose is to provide  a dignified life to the low income people by giving them the opportunity to purchase a house in a decent environment for human beings, specially having its heart oriented to raising the quality of life for the single mother.

Its also focused on the creation and maintenance of support centers for the elderly and children without families, it also supports institutions dedicated to social service, such as fire fighters, non-governmental organizations dedicated to charity, and other organizations dedicated to the service of humanity.
